Hey, I know this comm isn`t updated very much. But I love- sorry, LOVE- SPAMalot, so I`m glad to join this group. I was lucky enough to see the SPAMalot tour in Virgina this past May. I`ve been a long time fan of Monty Python and the Holy Grail and I wanted to see SPAMalot when it came to my home town a few years ago. But I missed it. :(

Anyway, I`d love to post fics and art because I find myself doodling SPAMalot all the time. Most Herbert and Lance because they are LOVE. And yes, I do love the het pairing Arthur/Guinevere. Anyone know of any good fics with that shipping?

GUYS!  I'm driving to ATL in 3 weeks to see the show for a 3rd time.  I plan to stake out the stage door like WHOA and get a bunch of autographs and some quality face time with Ben Davis.  But I need your help!

I want to bring gifts for the cast members but I have no idea what.  Should I bring a card and one largish present for everyone to share and enjoy?  Or would it be better to bring bring smaller gifts and personalize them a bit?

Any thoughts/suggestions/stories of when you did something similar are greatly appreciated!

On Sunday I got the chance to see Spamalot AGAIN at the VBC before they left for Florida.  eldanildiel got free passes from a friend that works for the Broadway Theatre League here in Hsv and she needed someone to go with her.  I'm so glad that she asked me b/c then I got the chance to be there when she experienced all of the wondrous hilarity that I had been trying to recreate using the internet and my own mediocre storytelling abilities.  Our seats were a bit farther back from when I went on Tues but still very good (and freeeee!) so we were pleased.

So I have an idea for a fic, but there is a glitch. It would require Herbert's servants (those 6 guys prancing about in flamboyant livery) to have names.

Now there are 2 issues here. 1) I suck at naming characters. And 2) this could very well be an issue of Fanon. It is generally accepted by most that the head Minstrel is called Alice. Therefore, I propose we put our heads together and finally name the Nameless.

What say ye, friends?
