Serious help needed!
GUYS!  I'm driving to ATL in 3 weeks to see the show for a 3rd time.  I plan to stake out the stage door like WHOA and get a bunch of autographs and some quality face time with Ben Davis.  But I need your help!

I want to bring gifts for the cast members but I have no idea what.  Should I bring a card and one largish present for everyone to share and enjoy?  Or would it be better to bring bring smaller gifts and personalize them a bit?

Any thoughts/suggestions/stories of when you did something similar are greatly appreciated!

Probably smaller, personalized gifts. But do keep in mind that they're traveling and they dont really have room to carry around alot of stuff. So smaller would most likely be best. They'd probably like something that was made out to each one individually. I know some stars will write you back and send a pic if you give them a letter at the SD.

Hope that helps.

Many good points, thanks! :) I think we've decided to bring a card, some Huntsville shotglasses, and a bottle of liquor for the whole cast. As much as I would like to personalize gifts for all of the principles, there just isn't that much stuff out there that probably hasn't been done before or that isn't sold in "Ye Olde Rippey-Offey Shoppe." So we picked our 2 favorites and we're hand-making plushies in their characters' likeness. *excited*

Oh god. I just had the strangest feeling all of a sudden that they're going to think we're weirdos! D:

LOL! I'm sure you won't be the weirdest. They've probably seen alot of crazy stuff. Your items sound cute!

In one of the Wicked promo videos, "Getting Green with Julia," Julia Murney shows a bear that someone made for her called the Elphabear and she squeezes it and it starts playing Defying Gravity. Very adorable. Sorry I'm rambling, and that's kinda off-topic. haha

I'm sure they'll like it. Will you post pics when you're done?!

OOOO what a great idea! And totally not off-topic at all! I would love to have our plushies play TSTGLT and YWSOB, respectively. But we're plushie noobs and should probably just focus on making them look good. XD

Of course I will post photos! Of the plushies and any cast members we manage to snag. ;)
