This is the news we've ALL been waiting for.

I feel a bit bad, this being my third post in a row, but I'm really on a Spamalot high so I was hoping I could perhaps inspire some of my fellow fans to write or draw. The thing that brought me back was seeing Spamalot a second time, last night! I convinced my mom to let me go for the tour's last night in Vancouver, and since our tickets were 50% off, she let us(me and my sister)! Anyways, there won't be nearly as long of a review, as most of what I would say was said last time. Also, I have a bunch of plot bunnies, so if any talented people feel like adopting them, it would make me a very happy person!

My review and plot bunnies inside!Collapse )

And if I liked it before, I am madly in love now. I haven't laughed that hard in ages!

I'm putting the rest under an lj-cut because it will no doubt be very long and fangirly. Just warning you.

My thoughtsCollapse )

EDIT: I'm afraid I won't be able to respond to comments, as I'm leaving to go camping for the night very soon. I will later, though.

Hey, all!

I've just recently gotten into Spamalot and I absolutely adore it! Then I found this community, and you guys all seem so nice, so..

Anyways, I come with a question. I am going to be seeing Spamalot tomorrow in Vancouver, BC tomorrow, with the Touring Cast, and I was wondering if anyone who has seen them give any thoughts? I just want to be prepared(my sister who's only heard one or two songs is coming with me, and I want to look smart =P) Specifically any information about the Lancelot and Herbert(my favourites).

Thanks in advance!

I just got back from Spamalot. And it. Was. AWESOME! I officially fangirl Rick Holmes. His Lancelot was so campy and hilarious, and his French Taunter was BEYOND WORDS!

I was a little disappointed by Tom Deckman's Prince Herbert, since it was closer to the sickly creature from Monty Python Holy Grail, but he made up for it with some hilarious goo-goo eyes and generally being so very Uke. Which is weird, because Lance was also so very uke. XD Two ukes in one marriage. I have no idea how that'll work. But Deckman's goofy faces made even Holmes laugh.

Jonoathan Hadary was so fun as Robin. He got really into the dancing. Ditto with David Hibbard as Patsy during "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life".

And I had AWESOME seats! Right in the center.

Next time, I am so going to kidnap Holmes. >>

Remember when I said I'm going to New York for a trip and totally seeing Spamalot?

I'm going the week of June 16th! And have tickets for the Wednesday show! Row P Orchestra, which is good enough for me. ^w^

Hope the Shubert has stadium seating, but I won't hold my breath.

Now I must Arts in light of this happy occation.

I get bored so easily....  so here I am, double posting. I just wanted to show off the fruits of my labor.

So, here's I story I wrote a little while ago, instead of doing my final report on October Sky. I'd say it was abetter use of my time.

Tite: Be Bold
Pairings: Alice/Robin
Rating: Uhm, nothing more that some sweet kissin'. I hate rating things.
Note: I spent a long time making Alice's alternative version of Brave Sir Robin work out. I'm trying to convince one of my friends to record it for me. If he does, I'll link you guys up.
